Buick, GMC go for Facebook Connectivity
Buick and GMC are trying to improve their social networking by creating a page on Facebook, which helps fans to comment, share and like the posts shared by other users.
These are the first automakers that have made such an attempt to improve and personalize the experience of shopping.
The new buyers who are planning to buy these can read the reviews of their family and friends who have shared it on Facebook and interact with them as well.
There was also a Showroom Mobile App, through which one can access the videos, photos and specifications as well and this will be launched by Buick at the end of this season.
